1. What kinds of materials can use for our manufacturing?
All kinds of carbon steels, stainless steel, Aluminum alloy, brass, copper, zinc alloy and plastic materials PP, PE, ABS, LLDPE etc.

2. What is the finish treatments?
For stainless steel parts, can be passivation, chemical polishing, satin finish, and etc.
For brass or copper parts, can be tinning, nickel plated, chrome, silver, gold plating.

For plastic parts, can be burring, deflashing, cleaning.

3. What is the payment term?
Tooling cost 100% paid in advance.
Mass production, 30%-50% T/T in advance, balance be paid before delivery.

Samples 100% paid before production.

4. What is the price term can be worked?
EXW factory, FOB Shanghai port, or CIF&CFR destination port.

5. What’s the general lead time?
Generally, it will take 15-45 days after receiving your advance payment. Sample 2-5 days delivery.

6. What packings can be provided?
For some products, the package is carton, then pack with seaworthy pallets.
For some wholesale produces, the package is PE bags, small box, bubble structure, then put in paper cartons, or Tape and Reel for SMT Pick and Place, or designated by the customers, then by Composite-board (seaworthy plywood) pallets.

7. What is the quality & compensate policy of Shanghai Chelii?
We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.

In case any discrepancy on quality and quantity of the goods is found by the customers after the goods arrive at the port of destination, claim which should be loaded with us within 15 days after the goods arrive at the port of destination.
